I had a Dr. appointment in Abingdon this morning and afterward Angie and the
girls wanted to do some shopping at exit 7. I decided to drop them off and
head to Sugar Hollow Park. I was hoping to find the Prothonotary Warblers that
had been previously reported, but had no luck. I did find a Wood Duck hen with
seventeen juveniles swimming about. I don't know if all seventeen were part of
her brood, but I didn't see any other adult birds around? IBird says that they
lay clutches up fifteen eggs, so I guess it's possible?
