[bcbirdclub] Sharp-shinned Hawk

Hi All,
An adult Sharp-shinned Hawk has made at least 3 visits to the yard today. It
flies in quickly, stays for a moment, then glides down into the woods. So far I
haven't seen it even come close to catching a bird.
I also had 39 cowbirds in the yard this morning. Maybe the hawk will thin them
out a bit.
