For RI residents - I don't know the answer, but I know there are RI
residents with CCW on copy, so I'll defer to them.

Holly Zenga was the only person I talked to. For references, she only
required I provide names and contact info. (Some towns require notarized
reference letters with application). Additional note: Holly will leave my
permit with the dispatcher, so I can pick it up 24/7. I just need to bring
a check for $40.00
Any questions on process, here is Holly's info. She told me she prefers
phone calls.
One other note: Holly herself has Utah non-res permit, so she's one of
us >;-)
