[bas] IDPA Match discount for BSC members

Members of Bradford Sportsmen’s Club (BSC) will now receive a $10 discount off 
the regular match fee for BAS IDPA matches. Please bring your membership card 
to receive the discount.

If you are interested in joining BSC, the membership year begins in June/July, 
so this is a great time to join.
