Hi everyone,
We've often run into the issue of books that I believe I checked in in the
morning, but later I will find that book still under a student's account,
showing it wasn't checked in. I'll find the book on the shelf, thinking I
had checked it in.
It happens so frequently, it has become a persistent issue. I thought it
was a Destiny Follett glitch, but the rep just said it may be an error on
my end.
Does anyone else have this problem--how to you rectify the problem?
