Thanks to all who have responded so far! I changed the response style on
the form to paragraph (instead of short answer) to accommodate more
detailed responses.
I'm really interested in reading these staffing narratives! It seems like
no two schools are wholly alike, and that everyone is in need of support.
From the handful of answers, it's obvious that we all wear many hats and
have operated by a "making it work" mentality.
Kind of in awe of all you folks are up to!
