The new AASL standards book also has a chapter on assessment, which
includes librarian assessments.

As part of our process, all teachers are evaluated which includes the
Librarians. My supervisor was asking if there are any library specific
evaluation tools. I have no experience with this and wanted to see if
anyone might have some good resources!
