although there is probably something online. I looked at my job
description, the California standards and the ALA school standards and
showed how I was conforming to those requirements for our students. I also
used some WASC information although that was less helpful.

As part of our process, all teachers are evaluated which includes the
Librarians. My supervisor was asking if there are any library specific
evaluation tools. I have no experience with this and wanted to see if
anyone might have some good resources!
