Badges - NJ AG or SP Guidance on Hollow Point Ammo for HR218 Carry?

It seems pretty clear (at least to anyone who can read English) that the
recently enacted changes to the original LEOSA/HR218 Law will now allow
hollow-point ammo to be carried in States like New Jersey, where it was
previously NOT allowed under the original 2004 LEOSA/HR218 Law. Has anyone
seen any NEW or RECENT official memo (or the like) from the New Jersey Attorney
General's Office or the NJ State Police on this topic?
