sooo i stand corrected
a normal stand for me
apparently the curved thread of light i saw suspended off the dark side
of the terminator wed eve was montes jura surrounding sinus iridum and
yes it was spectacular wed eve
i admit i don't observe the moon frequently and that was the first time
that i observed it
thanks for setting me straight
i don't have a lunar map and was trying to find what i saw from memory on
the net when i got home
i guess i got my ups and downs upended
on another topic, what cactus or tumbleweed are you observing next to at
vekol these days
i usually just go past the ranch and pull off the road somewhere and set
up
