You-all in Arizona can blame me for snow and ass't other non-photometric
conditions.
I bought some hilltop astronomy property southwest of Ash Fork in August.
I've visited several times. Mostly a lot of wet. I was there much of the
monsoon. I was there for the big rains in early October and the tornadoes
west of Flagstaff. I was there for the two days of "snow drizzle" circa 16
December. You get the picture -- this is like new-telescope weather but
with land.
