Here's an interesting polar plot that shows seeing versus wind direction. Northerly and easterly components are generally bad for seeing. That requies a 2mm eyepiece in a Pronto! 10mm eyepiece and a 5x Powermate? I once looked through my Pronto at 500x using a 4.8mm Nagler and the Powermate. It was the largest perfect star disc I had ever seen, with an apparent size of about half that of the Full Moon.
