A few comments:
1. I think the idea of "leave zones" may have some merit at the larger
parties in theory.
Four zones would be ideal, but probably impracticle
        a. All night zone.
        b. 2am zone
        c. midnight zone.
        d. 10pm zone.

Actually, just one zone may serve the purpose. If people see the "all night"
zone markers, it would be easier for them to gauge how far away to be.

The problem would be that the organizers would have to be flexible to move
the markers if any of the zones filled up.

2. I also like the 3 short honk warning - you could post the request for the
honks near the zone markers

3. Last comment, perhaps controversial - I would request from people who
smoke, not to travel with the lit cigarettes as they visit other scopes. I
had the unfortunate experience of coming down with a cold exactly at sunset,
(I wasn't sure if it was allergy or what, but now I think it was a cold). I
was miserable dealing with the nasal cold, but the occasional cigarette
smoke that passed me by really aggravated my symptoms. It's not always easy
finding the source of smoke in the dark to ask the person not to smoke, and
if people are doing visiting, then it may be several people bringing smoke
into your area which is difficult to keep on asking everyone who comes by. I
don't know if this is being unreasonable, but it would have made a sniffling
observer a bit less uncomfortable Saturday.
