There's no problem with the quoting limit, it's a good thing. 25 lines is a 
little curt however. Hundreds of lines isn't good. A 50 line limit isn't that 
big, on a list of this traffic to stop returns to the moderator, don't you 
think?

Another reason for the quoting limit should be apparent if you go to
www.freelists.org/archives/az-observing.  If click on a message thread,
you will see each message is sequence.  Those messages which blindly
include the message being replied, cause the replied message to appear two
or more times.
