Chris, as always a nice image and brings back a nice sentimental journey, or 
observation.  My records indicate its observation, with an 8" telescope, was 
extremely faint with a low surface brightness.  With averted vision and 
moments of good seeing there were 15 stars.

Subject: [AZ-Observing] NGC6822 in Sagittarius


Hi all,

Only a few hours since the middle of July for shooting
because of monsoon cloud cover, but I was able to
secure this new image this week.  My last attempt on
this object with the 12.5" was with hypered film, and
yielded an unresolved circular haze with no details
even after several hours of exposure.  This new shot
with the ST10xme and the same telescope trounces that
shot:
