Oh, yes. Of course. Another interesting thing, for me anyway, is that the
core of the nebula is very bright like M42's.

True, Jon, the apparent size of the Tarantula is smaller than M42, but it is
also much, much farther away. I was referring to the idea that if we brought
it in as close as M42 is, it would be enormous and bright.

I'm glad you like the image. I don't know if Steve used a reducer on this
image. I guess I could ask. If he didn't, then I can tell you that the
Orion Nebula is actually larger than the field of view on this image based
on my experience processing both nebula images.
