Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, TheSky X doesn’t support my mount
(Sky Watcher Star Adventurer). Probably will have to go the VMware route and
throw Backyard EOS or APT on it. Unless I can use one of these old Lenovo T400s
laying around here. Just as the “scope” controller. Then suck the images back
into the Macs.

Not great but you can almost tell it’s Saturn. This is the first night out with
the new camera and the Star Adventurer. Found out the Polaris is about a
finger’s width above the street light in the back yard! What a pain! :-)
Definitely no dark skies here in Chandler!

sharing everything, including hard disk space.
I have Backyard EOS v3.1 installed there. Runs good.
For stacking (and other “adjustments”), I use CCDStack2 (Ver 2.9).
I also have PemPro V2 and V3 there, all with no issues.
On the Mac side, I have (but rarely use) PHS2 - Version 261.
Also, Astro Planner, and Nebulosity 4.
Of course, PixInsight runs on both the Mac and Windows, so you can take your
choice.
