Blacksmith shop, foundry, optics shop, etc. all on his estate (Birr Castle). http://www.arm.ac.uk/history/Birr/ http://star.arm.ac.uk/history/birr6.html http://www.birrcastle.com/ Paul, does this look like our "crew" at the SAC ATM sessions ?? hehehe http://www.arm.ac.uk/history/Birr-workers.jpg Gene Lucas On 11/5/2013 18:05, Paul Lind wrote: > It looks like a great project for the ATM group, but we'd need a much bigger > shop. > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: KenGSikes <kengsikes@xxxxxxx> > To: AZ Observing List <az-observing@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Mon, 04 Nov 2013 15:12:54 -0500 (EST) > Subject: [AZ-Observing] Largest amateur telescope > > Everyone need at least one of these > > http://fox13now.com/2013/11/03/utah-mans-massive-creation-may-be-largest-amateur-telescope-ever-built/ > > > Ken Sikes > -- > See message header for info on list archives or unsubscribing, and please > send personal replies to the author, not the list. > > > -- > See message header for info on list archives or unsubscribing, and please > send personal replies to the author, not the list. > > > -- See message header for info on list archives or unsubscribing, and please send personal replies to the author, not the list.
