[AZ-Observing] Jupiter (unidentified feature?)

Hello,
A friend of mine in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia imaged Jupiter around 17:06 UTC
(1:06am local Malaysian time) on Feb 22nd and recorded an interesting
feature. I've helped him posted his image on spaceweathergallery.com, but
would also like to see what anyone here thinks of what the feature might
be.
With words, it looks like a disturbance extending from about 80 degree
north latitude to 20 degrees north where it ends in a bright splotch.
