[AZ-Observing] Cox filter

Looks like Cox has finally come up with an effective spam filter. Cox
subscribers can download it from the web site. The filter has successfully
blocked 25 messages headed to my inbox over the past 24 hours while 1
spammer managed to get through. Not a bad start....
