I'm suspecting that there will be fewer vendors this year at Big Bear since 
many of them will now go to the PAC event in Pasadena. I don't know how the 
trade-off in location and expenses will affect the vendors. Location is more 
convenient, but it may cost more downtown... 
This is a new moon year for the RTMC and the weather prospects are looking 
good. Maybe we will see more telescopes than usual. We usually solve the food 
problem by eating in town or at the outside hamburger hut. No problems, yet!

Good luck at RTMC. Hope you survive the food this year. When they get 
back to their roots and telescope makers are the main attraction on 
Telescope field instead of rows and rows of vendor tents then 'I'll be 
back" as Arnold would say. Also, when they get their act together on the 
food.
