[AZ-Observing] Cabin for Observing?

Looking for a cabin I can rent somewhere for a few days of saturation
astronomy on some future date. I was hoping someone on this list might
know of a suitable solution.
Preferably in the White Mountains fitting the usual observing
requirements... dark skies, not too badly buried in trees with some
open sky, no objectionable nearby lights, higher elevation a plus.
The cabin itself need not be fancy, warm, bathroom and some kitchen
facilites, power not required but certainly a plus. I have the usual
camping gear, stove, cooler, sleeping bag that could be used. Looking
for a more comfortable dwelling that a tent offers.
