[AZ-Observing] Re: Bright meteor heading toward PHX

Could any of these be 'left over' Perseids? I was in my o= bservatory from
about 8:30 pm to 2 am and saw at least a half dozen mostly = faint meteors
inaddition to the two fireballs. All but one moved from nort= h to south.

It's more likely = that the news Googled "meteor shower calendar," which
led them to the Leoni= ds peaking this week. The radiant of last night's
sporadic fireball was no= where near either Tauris or Leo.

Good points. We are c= ollecting our LO-CAMS video
and sundry all-sky images for various pu= rposes.

N= ick Moskovitz will be handling this.
