[AZ-Observing] Re: At Last

I suppose that is a possibility, but whatever I do it has to be 
certified by an engineer, assuming I cannot convince the NM Construction 
Industries Division of the structural soundness of a design. The latter 
may not even be a possibility. They may want certification no matter 
what. I'll find out if this is the case when I get to that point. I am 
sure a commercially made one like Ash Dome would be no problem, but I 
cannot afford to shell out $22k for a new 12 foot dome. Even an 8 foot 
dome is way too expensive.
