[AZ-Observing] Astro Fest in Sedona

Astro Fest will be this upcoming Friday and Saturday at the Red Rock =
State Park off 89A near Sedona. Festivities will be from 1PM to 1AM each =
day. Speakers will hold talks at 6PM and 7PM of each day. Dr. Tyler =
Nordgren of Redlands University of California and Lowell Observatory in =
Flagstaff, AZ is the special guest speaker Friday June 20 and Saturday =
June 21 at 7:00 PM each night.
This year's theme is: Unusual Objects - New Ways to Observe Them
Visitors may mount their camera on the world's largest Equatorial =
Platform.
California astronomer Leonard Higgins will be bringing his =
spectrohelioscope.=20
There will be a Star Party each night featuring a beginners star walk.
Moon rise is at 1:42 AM Saturday morning and 2:07 AM Sunday morning.=20
