I would think you would have moisture
issues at that temp even in AZ. I
know they make coolers that fit on
some DSLR's. My choice, drive to 7,000
feet elevation. Or a CCD camera ( with
water cooling)

My signal to noise ratio seems to be approaching zero. If I increase the
exposure time to overcome some of the light pollution, my background noise
goes through the roof! If I keep the exposure short, then I have no signal.
