Howdy all;

AJ and I spent two nights at Antennas on Thursday and Friday. The skies
were OK, but not great both nights. We did get some observing done and
had a fun time. AJ returned to town to get some things done in
preperation for the Messier Marathon.

Tonight is also mediocre, I would give the transparency a 5 out of 10,
some high cloud cover that just will no go away. Dick Harshaw and Darrell
Spencer are here and we are hoping it will clear out pretty soon.

I took some wide field constellation shots with the 35mm lens and a cross
screen lens. I am happy enough with the images, I will show a few of them
off at the next club meeting.

On Monday, I will drive over to an RV park and dump tanks and fill up with
water and fuel for the Messier Marathon. I hope to see lots of folks at
the "Salome Airport" site for a fun time.

See ya;
Steve Coe
