from memory i think I am paying about the same. I believe you can apply for a
reduction if you have been a good customer. I have paid late on several
payments as i have always just paid ad hoc so my application was rejected. i
have now set up a direct debit. it seems like money down the drain so hope the
market recovers/picks up to make it worth while. Looking forward to being able
to rent the place out

I am paying 6.6% interest rate with CIMB on my mortgage, does anyone have a
lower rate with them?
I’m going to write to them and ask for a interest rate reduction, but I’d be
interested to know if anyone has already obtained a decent rate from them.
