Hi All, Seeking a technical writer for a 4 week contract in Parramatta for a govt dept. - Create user manual for the Customer Assistance System (CAS). - The CAS is based on J2EE (1.3) and it tracks complaints and enquiries. - The system has been expanded over the years but the documentation hasn't been updated. - Audience: Front line customer services and investigations staff. - You will be required to gain an understanding of CAS and all of its functions; review two existing CAS user manuals in order to identify information gaps and where appropriate, liaise with relevant staff.
