Hi All,
I'm looking for an eLearning Instructional Designer with the following
experience/skills:
- 1-2 years max experience in Articulate or Captivate or Lectora (or any
other rapid eLearning software), will also look at a graduate with tertiary
qualifications.
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience within retail industry would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Able to work from home once you have proven yourself onsite.
About the client, project and your responsibilities:
- In the retail industry
- Are growing radically in Australia and internationally
- Implementing a new LMS
- 3 months contract initially (possible extensions)
- Design the structure and scope of educational materials, primarily self
paced e-Learning modules
- Develop instructional design specifications, flowcharts, scripts,
storyboards, proposals and time estimations;
- Convert larger e-Learning scripts into simpler shorter self paced
e-Learning courses using rapid e-Learning tools;
- You will review and update over 90 self authored e-Learning modules;
- Assist the International e-Learning Manager with platform implementation
and scoping projects where required.
Location: Northern Beaches, NSW (poor public transportation so probably need
a car)
