Used in conjunction with a bookmark, INCLUDETEXT just includes the
bookmarked text.
So if you want "see Section X on page Y", you bookmark the name of section X
and (more trickily) its page number. (You might need to bookmark a hidden
PAGE field on the page, so that the bookmark wasn't in the footer and hence
on multiple pages.)
