This might be wrong for Acrobat 5.0, but I'm pretty sure that I used to have an Acrobat icon on my Word toolbar. Clicking it brought up a window with four tabs - the third one was labelled 'Bookmarks', and that was where you set up Acrobat to create bookmarks from your Word headings etc etc. HTH Andrea -----Original Message----- From: Bridget Knaus [mailto:bridget.knaus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, 11 December 2003 8:22 AM To: austechwriter@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: atw: Acrobat 5.0 question I've had to re-install my copy of Acrobat and, in doing so, have lost all my settings. Does anyone know what setting I use to automatically convert tables of contents in Word to links in the Bookmarks tab in the pdf? I have searched the Help without success and I have a deadline rapidly approaching. I'm using Acrobat 5.0 and Word 2002. Thanks.
