Audience analysis comes into it again. For this list, what topics are
considered inane and petty? (No-one actually has to answer that! ;-)
Topics to do with technical writing and style?
And how do you come to the conclusion that the thread drives 'most of us
silly'? How do you know that for *sure*? Some lurkers out there might
actually have learnt something from the thread.
The subject line was the same throughout, and the delete key was in the
same place on your keyboard throughout.
