This is the first time I have seen "government" used as a gerund ...
"The caretaker Gillard government is expected to shortly announce the
appointment of John Howard's former chief of staff Arthur Sinodinos as
another adviser to they independent MPs who will decide who
*governments* in a hung parliament."
