I'm posting a job ad on behalf of my company Create!form Inc.

Technical Writer / Editor
Responsibilities:
-Edit and proofread own, as well as, coworkers' documentation for conte=
nt,
format, design and style
-Develop content geared toward novice and expert users in multiple
environments
-Develop paper-based as well as web-based content, in a Windows environ=
ment
-Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have strong work
initiative
-Adhere to style and help create and maintain corporate style
-Interpret functional and technical specification documents and produce=
end-user documentation
-Collaboration with development / marketing / support on content and
function of documentation
-Work closely in a team environment with developers, testers, project
managers and writers
-Act as an end-user advocate and provide usability testing
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, Communications or a related
field
-Minimum 2-4 year industry experience writing technical documentation f=
or
software applications
-Experienced FrameMaker user
-Extremely strong editing skills
-Excellent communication
-Exceptional conceptual and problem-solving skills
-Candidate must be able to work on multiple complex projects and mainta=
in
strict deadlines
Desirable skills/experience:
-HomeSite and RoboHelp
-WebWorks
-Interest in emerging documentation technologies
-Conceptual knowledge of Information Mapping
-Training and/or CBT experience
-Knowledge of the processes involved in preparing multilingual
documentation
-Experience with testing software
-Working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and XML
-Knowledge of ERP applications
