Rod, Thanks for your reply. My problem is that I'm doing just what you suggest (or almost - I see that going to Tools/Customise is quicker than going to View/Toolbars/Customise) but the macro just isn't listed. It's listed when I go to Tools/Macro/Macros and choose my template against Macros In but doesn't show when I go to Customise - only Normal templates show.
