[austechwriter] Change a PDF?

Hi All,
I have an old PDF that is being used around the place as an exemplar. =
The legal department wants us to remove all names and confidential =
references but we don't have the source document.
Is there any way I can just block out names and the like using images or =
something? I have Adobe Acrobat 5.0.
