from what I've been able to understand Boehner has no legal standing so any
action he may be

Hey the other day I seen a headline on my news app that said Boner was suing
President Obama, but I
did not have an opportunity to go in and look at the article prior to the news
station removing the
article. Why is Boner suing Obama?
Today, as I was moving quickly through my Facebook post I caught a brief
mention on one of the
news stations about Obama continuing to push forward with his plans without
Congressional approval.
What the. is this . problem?
