I meant "can forward you"

Yes, it would probably work with some kind of key mapping. Paul
mentioned something along these lines, e.g. 9 positions/levels (or
whatever the shuttle supports) to move the cursor left/right and do
the scrubbing/seeking that way.
I haven't that device, so I can't tell how it is supposed to work.
Perhaps David knows more or can you forward to Paul/developers directly.

They would have to invent keystrokes to do the scrub, which would be a
great thing. Is it worth me trying to get 2.1 beta? Anything new as
far as accessibility goes, or anything else interesting? Where would
I get this beta?

The developer that introduced scrubbing has announced to add shuttle
support if possible.
However, the current upcoming release is more of a bug-fix version and
new features are therefore a bit scarce.
I hope that Paul can turn his attention back to his personal projects
for release 2.1.4.

I have the Shuttlepro device hooked up to my Macbook pro and I would
like to be able to use it with audacity, particularly if I can use it
to do scrubbing. Audacity has such a feature, but there seems to be
no way to use it.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
