The developer that introduced scrubbing has announced to add shuttle
support if possible.
However, the current upcoming release is more of a bug-fix version and
new features are therefore a bit scarce.
I hope that Paul can turn his attention back to his personal projects
for release 2.1.4.

I have the Shuttlepro device hooked up to my Macbook pro and I would
like to be able to use it with audacity, particularly if I can use it
to do scrubbing. Audacity has such a feature, but there seems to be
no way to use it.
