Hi Sandra. When I record it only goes to two tracks doesn't show more.
Why is that. Also sounds like fish underwater not sure what is wrong
but at this point voice recorder sounds better than Audacity hmm. some
adjustment I am missing? Thanks

Hello Karen,
You can record as many tracks in a single project as you wish. Keep in
mind that, the greater the number of tracks, the more information you
have to remember about them and sometimes it can make reaction times
slower, on your computer. From personal experience, I'd say keep it to
30 or fewer. I'm assuming you're talking about live audio and
simultaneous recording. Importing MIDI information would place a
smaller burden on your machine.
Very best wishes,
Sandra.

Is audacity only good for recording only two tracks? I guess I never
thought it would only be good for just two? Thanks.
