[audacity4blind] Re: more help on editing needed

Hi Bob,
Before you select any audio in Audacity, make sure audio playback is
stopped. Then as you wrote below, press control+a to select all audio
loaded into Audacity. At that point you should be able to select any
effect from the effects menu alt+c.
