I solved the problem.
The soundcard on this computer was a little different.
I thought that the line contact on the front, and the mic on the rear
was the same thing.
But then I found a control in the volume control that said pink line in.
That was the problem.
I have also managed to do another thing with the mic.
I unmuted the mic in the level tab of the speakers.
Then I tried to record with stereo mix. And that worked.
No mic delay at all.
I have tried this on a couple of computers. It has not worked. here it did work!

also I hear the mic through the speaker. I can't turn that of, change

I tried the settings in the speakers tab, levels and the microphone there.

I turn it on, back of, then on again. no difference.
I still hear the mic.
The listen to this device is not checked.
What can this be?
Do I need to reinstall windows just to get this working?
