Hi Cuong!
It sounds like your attack time is so long that you can hear it kicking in
at the start of the track. Try lowering the attack time value. I usually
work with just a few ms. It might also help to leave a short space before
the target audio passage to give the effect time to kick in.

With Audacity compressor, I usually have some second at the start of file
softer than the rest. Do you have this problem, also know how to solve it?

I find that Audacity's standard compressor's default settings work

You can also achieve good results with the SC4 compressor. However,
you need to do some fiddling until you arrive at the parameters that
suit your voice and preference.
