[audacity4blind] Timeshifting regarding aligning tracks

Hi!
I heard the podcast at http://www.theaudacitytopodcast.com/29
where the guy talks about moving tracks around so they can be synced if they
are not correctly aligned. Can we do this in Audacity without using a mouse?
In more practic use:
A friend of mine and I want to make some recordings talking about different
topics. Instead of recording this via SKype etc. it would be great if we could
record ourselves with our own microphones. Then I could combine them in
Audacity. The only thing I can't figure out is if I can sync the tracks.
