How do I send a zip file through gmail on the computer?

- select the project file (*.aup)
- with the control key held down, arrow to the data folder and press
additionally space to select it.
- press the context menu (applications key or shift+F10)
- choose "send to" -> "compressed (zipped) folder"
That creates the zip archive.
You could alternatively zip the data folder alone if selecting two
items at once is to cumbersome.
Remember that the zip archive is treated as a folder, so you could
copy the project file, open the zip-folder and paste it there.
