[audacity4blind] Selecting / unselecting

Hi,
I have installed the jaws scripts for Audacity and I got even more foggy than
before. The enter key is no more selecting / diselecting the whole track. How
that is going to work now since enter key is no more useful?
If I have two tracks and want to export only one of them then?

And yes, just in case, how am I to uninstall the jaws scripts for audacity?
