Sameer, I am fairly confident that Audacity does not provide a single
action for doing that. Unless someone has a better idea, the best I can
offer is the following.
When not playing press left bracket ([) and adjust the left side. Then
press right bracket (]) and adjust right side by the same amount in the
same direction.
