Well, I've finally got enough audio for my first serious Audacity project, but
now that I do, I'm struggling with how to align tracks. I have three tracks,
we'll call them 1-3 for reference, and I want the tracks to be sequential--that
is, 1, then 2, then 3. I could cut-and-paste them into a single track, but
they're separate pieces of audio and I'd like to keep them separate in case I
decide to apply effects differently and don't want to isolate snippets in the
midst of one long audio track.

So, how do I do this? I tried pressing end on track 1, thinking it'd bump the
cursor to the end of its audio, then selecting "Align tracks/Align to cursor"
with the track I wanted to move selected, but this just gives me silence at the
end of any exported wavs. Once I've aligned track 2, how do I move to the
position of the end of tracks 1+2 to then align track 3?
