[audacity4blind] Audacity 2.0 released

Audacity 2.0 has been released, and a number of bugs have been fixed since the
1.3.14 beta version.
The windows version can be downloaded from this page:

Nearly all the guide is also applicable to users of window-eyes and nvda.
